LOVE STANDS ABOVE ALL! – NOT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD

Generally all human a man or woman, a child or a teenager adore and cherish good things. Who does not want a mansion, with luxurious cars parked, housekeepers at their beck and call, doctors or nurses on call, bank accounts with accessible cash, and holidays in lavish hotels, shopping in high end-designer clothing shops among others. I can go on and on but in short, life is generally not like that for everyone whether we accept it or not. No matter how rich or poor you are, we all go through life’s ups and downs; the difficult situations and the happy moments. It is indeed up to us to decipher the moments in which we are, accept it, study the lessons and move on.

Am amazed at how young ladies and men of today look at life. You must not fall in love with someone because of what they have or how rich they are but rather fall in love with the person and love him or her for who they are. The importance of this is that, if there is money or not or in difficult times, your love for each other would still be strong and not grow cold. You can ask any rich person in the world and I believe they would attest to the fact that they have all been through the “rocks” at certain times in their lives. I have seen many ladies and men go through breakups because of the bad choices they made. The honest truth is, breakups affect women more than men, because men tend to let go easier than women and that is why you should not rush into a relationship with anybody at all. You must consider a number things before committing to your partner. (Read my article on “KNOW YOUR PARTNER – PEOPLE DO NOT EASILY CHANGE, WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE IS WHAT YOU GET”. Do not fall in love with someone because of their:

  • Status in Society
  • Money or Wealth or
  • Education

All the above are important and can be a plus but they should not be the reason why you fall in love. I must also admit that you should be in a relationship with a responsible and a hard working person and must accept their religion too, for example a Christian must marry a Christian.Featured image

CONSIDER WHAT IS BENEATH, COULD IT BE GOLD OR SOMETHING ELSE

Real Life Experience

Heard a story of a lady who ditched the fiance because she felt the man was not rich, though he was very forceful and responsible. She fell in love with a rich man who had everything she wanted; cars, money, houses among others. They got married after courting for about two years. Few months after marriage, the rich man hardly came home and did not give her the attention she wanted. After getting pregnant the situation got worse, the man was not supportive; the lady had to do everything by herself. She later affirmed regretting marrying the rich man but rather should have married her former fiance. Be careful what you look out for in your partner. You must make sure you LOVE someone genuinely before going into a courtship or marriage. This lady chose wealth and riches above LOVE, it’s all about life choices. You must be ready to face your choices in life either good or bad. Never go into courtship or marriage because of what your partner have, because LOVE stands above all, so that through “thick and thin” you would stick together. Remember not all that glitters is gold.
